AAMVA's Fraud Prevention and Detection Award: NMVTIS Enforcement

AAMVA’s awards program fosters a tradition of excellence in the motor vehicle and law enforcement community by honoring individuals, teams, and organizations who have committed their time and resources to safety and fraud initiatives, outstanding service, and communications programs throughout North America. Each year, AAMVA receives numerous outstanding submissions in each award category and through a rigorous judging process selects those that are exemplary. Awards are presented at our Regional Conferences and at our Annual International Conference.

This award recognizes a state, local, tribal or federal government authorized NMVTIS Law Enforcement Access Tool (LEAT) user (this may be an individual or task force/group) who has demonstrated excellence in completing an investigation related to NMVTIS violations and/or in the use of the LEAT as a tool to further an investigation of motor vehicle related crimes. This is an international award and the winner or designee will be recognized at the AAMVA Annual International Conference.

Eligibility for the award is open to all users of NMVTIS/LEAT.
